Website assistant privacy
The website assistant is meant for general tree and company questions. Please don’t put sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account information into the chat.
What is processed
Your current message and a short portion of the conversation are sent through our website server to an outside AI provider so it can answer in context. The production connection is restricted to model endpoints configured for zero data retention and no data collection. Advanced Arbor Care does not intentionally save chat transcripts or use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
Cloudflare processes normal request metadata to deliver and protect the site. For abuse and cost control, the application keeps short-lived request counters keyed to a secret-protected daily identifier derived from the network address. These counters do not contain chat messages and are discarded when the daily window resets.
Contacting Jake
The assistant does not send messages, submit forms, or collect contact details. Call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. You decide whether to place the call or send the text.
Important limits
The assistant cannot inspect a tree and does not provide a quote, schedule work, make legal or insurance decisions, or commit the company to a job. Jake handles those decisions directly.
